URGENT NOTICE
NOTICE 1. It is Proposed to conduct settlement of MINOR CIVILWORK 2013-14 by District Engineer and Overseer on 11-03-2014 at BRC CHAVAKKAD . Those schools received fund for minor civil work are requested to furnish all settlement details (Cash book for civil work , Must roll, Stoke register, Site book, U.C, Bills & Vouchers, Photo with S.S.A Emblem and VAT Payment details). 2. All schools (Aided and Govt.) are requested to submit UTILIZATION CERTIFICATE on or before 15-03-2014 , of all Grants (School grant, Maintenance grant, Uniform grant etc...) received during this academic year.
